Adam Hand

experience
Adam has significant experience representing clients being audited by the Indiana Department of Revenue and pursuing tax appeals in the Indiana Tax Court.

He has successfully argued before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He assists businesses with organization and tax law and frequently drafts contracts such as purchase agreements and loan documents.
 
During law school, Adam interned at The Medical Protective Company, the nation’s oldest professional liability insurer. He also participated in the National Moot Court Team and won the Best Brief Award for the Sherman Minton Moot Court competition.
 
community involvement
Adam serves on the Board of Directors of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic.  He was the founding member and secretary of New Haven High School Alumni Association (2006 - 2008.)
